SME Export Facility (SEF)

Many producers in the handicraft and agribusiness sectors have limited access to markets and finance. GBF thus launched a pilot program, the SME Export Facility (SEF) in December 2008, which encourages significant growth of farmers, small indigenous artisan groups, and the larger marketing enterprises that support them. SEF links entrepreneurs with market access providers and facilitates the commercial transactions through working capital loans.

Note: GBF is not currently accepting applications for SEF. For questions or comments related to SEF, click here.
